New Member Application / Renewal Form

​​ORIENTATION CLASSES ARE MANDATORY

Orientation classes are mandatory for all new members and strongly recommended for all members.

​New members will be registered and receive  their Door Card after completion of the orientation class.

Failure to complete the new member orientation class will deem the application fee as a donation.​
